Human Services Degrees
Our Human Services program features curriculum that prepares you for a rewarding, service-oriented career helping individuals and families. You’ll learn and develop valuable skills that can help you move your career forward while being an integral part of change in the lives of others. Earning a Human Services Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree prepares you with the knowledge, skills and attitudes you need to enrich your service abilities and deepen your community impact.
This Human Services program is designed for non-licensed positions and does not academically qualify graduates for any state professional license. It is not intended for those seeking employment as a licensed social worker.
At the Associate of Science degree level, our updated curriculum prepares you to make a difference as a social services assistant, care coordinator or community support coordinator/specialist. And as you ladder into the Bachelor of Science degree, that’s where you can make your impact in roles such as social services manager or community services manager in settings ranging from advocacy organizations, rehabilitation services, public assistance programs, health facilities, nonprofit organizations and government entities.
